Remember our report a couple of days ago on the Moldovan province of Transnitsia wanting to follow in the foorsteps of Crimea and rejoin The Russian federation? Well it seems the trickle of minority groups wanting to join Russia is threatening to become a torrent. And when in a moment we reveal the latest territory being pushed by a tide of public opinion towards Mr. Putin’s welcoming embrace YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE IT!

Tens of Thousands Of Alaskans Sign Petition to Reunite Alaska With Russia

Over 22,000 people have signed a petition calling for the secession of Alaska from the United States to seek reunification with Russia.

The petition, available on the White House website, opened on March 21. If the motion attracts 100,000 signatures within a month, the Obama administration is obliged to respond according to its guidelines.

The petition, entitled “Alaska Back to Russia,” encourages a vote on secession, citing historic travels of Russian explorers to Alaska, as far back as the crossing of native Siberians across the Bering land bridge over 10 thousand years ago.

The document tracks the settlement of the region by Russians, including Aleuts colonizing the Aleutian Archipelago, and the expedition of famed explorer Mikhail Gvozdez who first sited Alaska in 1732 …

Yes, in a state of the good ol’ USA people are so unhappy they want to join Russia. Haven’t heard of any official reaction from Sidi Barack Hussein Obama yet, but we’ll keep you posted.

    • Sure is, it was difficult to verify this and Russian news sources are not totally reliable (same as those in the west, except the Russian ones substituted propaganda for news before ours did 🙂 )
      However I did ask a friend who lives in Washington state, and he said it’s right but the petitioners are mainly native Americans fed up of the Washington government interfering in their traditional way of life.
      Still a good story though.

      • That’s what I find, Russia Today, Voice Of Russia and Press TV (Iran English language news) is like adding + to the – of BBC, ITN/Sky and the newspapers. (Why are our guys – ? I worked in computers but either way the result is null, the state of nothingness.
