Dont Dictate To Us On Human Rights, Justice Secretary Raab Tells EU

Justice Secretary Dominic Raab told the Conservative Party Conference last month Boris Johnson had given him the task of rewriting the The Human Righrs Act when he moved him from the Foreign Office in September’s reshuffle. This week Raab revealed details on how he plans to block interference from Strasbourg in British matters as part of his remit.

During an interview with the Sunday Telegraph, Mr Raab said soldiers and UK institutions such as the police and health service should not be “dictated to” by judges in Europe. He also repeated a point made in his conference speech in Manchester about the Act being used by criminals to prevent their deportation.

The former Foreign Secretary, who is also the Deputy Prime Minister and Lord Chancellor, warned of “serious issue” as the law stands, with foreign criminals using the Act’s “right to family life” clause as a loophole to avoid deprtation in “somewhere between 100 and 200 cases a year”.

The shake up of the Human Rights Act is likely to be presented to Parliament in the spring, with changes to the judicial review process possibly being considered sooner.

Mr Raab used the Telegraph interview to slam EU meddling in UK affairs, saying it was wrong that judges in Strasbourg ruled on matters relating to British soldiers fighting overseas, telling the newspaper he was studying how to end the European Court of Justice’s influence in the UK.

“I don’t think it’s the job of the European Court in Strasburg to be dictating things to, whether it’s the NHS, whether it’s our welfare provision, or whether it’s our police forces,” the Lord Chancellor said.

“We want the Supreme Court to have a last word on interpreting the laws of the land, not the Strasbourg court.”

As part of his judicial review proposals, Mr Raab said he wanted to change the current system, which he said left the door open to lengthy and expensive legal challenges which were being used to “harpoon” major Government infrastructure projects and slowing down development.

Maya Forstater transgender comments judgement protects everyone’s rights

Maya Forstater has said that her landmark free speech ruling protects “everyone’s rights.”

Speaking on GB News, the former thinktank employee said that she was glad that she’d pursued an appeal in her dismissal case.

Maya Forstater’s contract was not renewed in March 2019 after she posted tweets opposing government proposals to reform the Gender Recognition Act to allow people to identify as the opposite sex.

On Thursday, Ms Forstater, who worked as a tax expert at the Centre for Global Development (CGD), won her appeal against an employment tribunal, a judgment which the international think tank described as “a step backwards for inclusivity and equality for all”.

Mr Justice Choudhury said the original tribunal had “erred in law”, but added: “This judgment does not mean that those with gender-critical beliefs can ‘misgender’ trans persons with impunity.”

Finding in favour of Ms Forstater, the High Court judge said her views “may well be profoundly offensive and even distressing”, but said they “must be tolerated in a pluralist society”.

Mr Justice Choudhury acknowledged “some trans persons will be disappointed by this judgment”.

In a statement released after the judgment, Ms Forstater said: “Thousands of ordinary people supported my case and today, I’m pleased and proud to say that we have been vindicated.

“Only the most extreme views, akin to totalitarianism or Naziism, are excluded from protection, and the judge said my belief, which is widely shared, and does not seek to destroy the rights of trans people, clearly did not fall into that category.

“No-one can be forced to profess a belief they do not hold, like trans women are women and trans men are men, and punished if they refuse.

“I’m proud of the role that I’ve played in clarifying the law and inspiring more people to speak up but we can’t leave the burden on individuals to put this right.”

UN Migration Pact: Which Governments Are Prepared To Sell Out Their People?

German Chancellor Angela Merkel and France’s Emmanuel Macron, together they planned to turn Europe into a multicultural utopia, both triggered civil unrest in their homelands.

The United Nation’s Global Compact for migration has sent shock waves through most of the nations in the developed world. Since being discussed and adopted by leaders and opinion makers from around the world at the Marrakech conference in Morocco this month, it has had a very divisive effect around the world and attracted hostility from both the public and their respective governments as wannabe global government The United Nations Organisation seeks to make migration a human right and a vahicle for the replacement of educated westerners in their own native countries with the illiterate masses of the third world.

A clear trend that has emerged since the migration crisis began in Europe after the unelected bureaucrats of the EU imposed an ‘open doors’ immigration policy, ordering members stated to admit anyone who arrived at border control points even if they did not have basic identification documents. Eastern Europe plus Italy, Austria and the Baltic States are resisting this latest push towards Globalism while more prospers Northern and Western European countries alining with the globalist overlords of the corporate – financial cartel.

So which countries are in and who is out? Well the most prominent and influential refusenik is Presodent Trump of the USA, President Putin of Russia and Chairman Xi of China did not even bother to comment on the proposal, their nations will continue to be highly selective about who they admit. And most of the other large poulation nations, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Nigeria, Brazil, Bangladesh, Philippines and Ethiopia being some examples, are such unconscienable shitholes nobody in their right mind would want to move there to ‘seek a better life.’

Portugal and Spain, both with left-leaning socialist governments, already stated that will sign the pact when the time comes. However both have very unstable minority governments and the withdrawal of support from the ruling coalition by a minor party could change the picture.

In France, the unpopular French president Macron already called the deal ‘a good text’, hinting that he will sign the deal. Macron has more pressing problems right now of course, with the ‘Yellow Vests’ protests causing widespread civil unrest and one of the main causes of discontent among the working and middle class being mass immigration and related social problems.

Across the channel, astoundingly given her problems with Brexit, UK prime minister Theresa May confirmed she would sign the document, as for Ireland, the Irelands prime minister, the pouf Varadkar, recently celebrated that “since 2011 about 120,000 people have become Irish citizens, strengthening our economy, running our public services and enriching our society” clearing any doubt he will keep letting people in through the back door.

As for the Benelux countries, Belgium’s prime minister confirmed he will sign the deal, after much confusion and a heated debate around the pact, the nationalist N-VA party leaving the government puts the ruling coalition under pressure, making Charles Michel the head of a minority government. For several years, since a bust up between the French speaking Waloons in the south and the Dutch speaking Phlegms in the north, the country has teetered on the edge of becoming two separate states.

The Netherlands and Luxembourg are also expected to sign the deal though with strong oposition from rising nationalist parties. Germany’s government under Merkel already backed the controversial document, not much surprises from the same leader who opened Europe’s doors to millions of migrants in 2015, but Merkel too heads a fragile coalition as anti – immigration nationalist party AfD (Alternatif fur Deutschland) continue to gain strength. In her current position Merkel cannot pass controversial legislation and dare not risk an election as the AfD could become the largest party in the German assembly.

The Nordic countries, led by the testicularly deficient Swedes, are expected to join the pact, despite the social problems already experienced by Sweden due to uncontrolled immigration, Norway could surprise pundits, while Denmark has refused, with Danish Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen stating “The government would never dream of signing something that weakens our ability to implement the strict immigration policies we have in Denmark.” However, Mr Rasmussen will be attending the conference after Denmark’s immigration minister said she wouldn’t attend the gathering, showing a big divide across the Danish government as well.

All 3 Baltic countries rejected the deal, as well as the Visegrad group comprising Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, following Austria’s example. The populist Italian prime minister Matteo Salvini shunned the deal too while Switzerland had a late withdrawal from the pact after lawmakers insisted they have the final say on the matter.

In the Balkan region, however, Bulgaria already said it would be out of the pact, Slovenia, Croatia and Montenegro already showed themselves interested in joining the deal, Bosnia and Albania already signed the document while Serbia Macedonia, Romania and Greece remain ambiguous at this point.

All in all it looks like being a narrow victory for common sense against the dark forces of globbalism and their efforts to create a world government.

Company Wants To Implant Microchips In “Hundreds Of Thousands” Of Workers

Not so long ago the idea that thousands of people would volunteer to have microchips implanted into their hands seemed like something out of a TV series about a dystopian future society, but it is already becoming a reality.  Thousands of fanatical technology worshippers, as crazily devoted to their deity as any medieval religious cult it seems, have already had microchips implanted, by a Swedish company. There is a near stampede to get chipped and the company behind the scheme claims it is now working with very large global employers to implement RFID chipping on the corporate level.

Jowan Osterlund, CEO of the company, Biohax, recently told a UK newspaper The Daily Telegraph  that they have been talking with a “major financial services firm” that has  “hundreds of thousands of employees”…

Biohax, a Swedish company that provides human chip implants, told the Telegraph it was in talks with a number of UK legal and financial firms to implant staff with the devices.

One prospective client, which cannot be named, is a major financial services firm with “hundreds of thousands of employees.”

Global corporations face increasing criticism of their authoroitarian management cultures and cavalier attitudes to  ethical and human rights issues. And with horror stories about hacking and cyber attacks constantly in the news, the corporate paranoia of these security-obsessed corporations is driving a rush to adopt this sort of technology.  If all of your employees are chipped, you will always know where they are, and you will always know who has access to sensitive areas or sensitive information. Current RFID technology is not like GPS however, it has limited range and cannot be used to track people outside the workplace. But emplyees smart phones and other internet enabled devices are designed to do that.

According to Osterlund, Biohax, the procedure to implant a chip takes “about two seconds”, and it is usually implanted in the hand…

A syringe is used to place the chip in an area between the thumb and forefinger, according to the report. Osterlund said the procedure is similar to ear piercing and takes “about two seconds.” The microchips operate via “near field communication” technology, similar to what is used by no-contact bank cards.

“In a company with 200,000 employees, you can offer this as an opt-in,” Osterlund told the Telegraph.

Right now, many companies use security badges, and many of us are familiar with working in organisations that issue chipped identity cards. Biohax and tech fans say implanted chips are no different except that unlike security badges, which can be lost, stolen or forged,  or taken off and locked in a desk drawer, an implanted chip is much more permanent and much more secure, and that is one of the big selling points.  The following is what the chief medical officer of Biohax recently told Fox News…

“The chip implant is a secure way of ensuring that a person’s digital identity is linked to their physical identity. It enables access management in a way that protects individual self-sovereignty and allows users to control the privacy of their online activity,” Dr. Stewart Southey, the Chief Medical Officer at Biohax International, told Fox News.

Of course once this technology starts to be implemented, there will be some workers, and one would hope, almost 100% of trade union leaders that will object. But if it comes down to a choice between getting the implant or losing their jobs, how many workers do you think will choose to become unemployed?

(Subversive types might be interested to know if they obtain a circular neodymium magnet about 15mm diameter and atach it with the north pole next to the skin with surgical tape, leaving it in place for 48 hours, it will effectively neutralise the chip. Doing this might get you fired of course so make sure your union will support you)

Some people will sacrifice their jobs before they will accept this return to medieval serfdom, but given the ease with which corporate propaganda has persuaded people to accept Microsoft’;s ‘not-fit-for-purpose’ operating system, shift so much of their personal data to an electronic networking medium that offers less security than a prison without walls or use a search engine or a social media platform that will not just track users around the web after they leave those sites, but also invade your personal files and mine data from them that can be used to build ‘psychological profiles’ of us and enable people who buy that information to ‘target’ us more efectively with advertising, persuading the masses to accept being chipped is not going to be a hard sell..

Personally, I will never let anyone embed a chip in my body.  But just like with so many other things (sic), most of the population will simply choose to accept the “new technology” because everybody else is doing it. We have already accepted contactless payment cards. Initially we were told the contactless feature on newly issued cards was only for payments up to £30 in Britain, but on holiday in Europe recently I noticed restaurant staff were trying to used it for bills of over €100, and a car hire clerk tried to use it for a €400 payment. And as a former IT professional who worked on securing systems for years, I can tell you this technology is highly insecure. My bank gives me the option of not enabling the feature but many banks are now insisting contactless is the preferred method of use. It’s the future, they chorus in a bid to make us feel inadequate.

OK, if you are affluent and are only buying a sandwich for lunch and end up paying for the tuna and mayo wrap and diet coke the person behind you at the till is having, it doesn’t hurt much but consider what could happen if somebody on a tight budget had their contactless card details skimmed. The equipment needed to ‘skim’ these cards and steal account details is very cheap and easy to obtain.

Here’s a query that was posted on a tech forum earlier this year: When my old debit card expired and a new one was sent, it came with this new feature. I wanted a way to disable it since each time I was scanning my RFID access card in my wallet, the detectors at work were picking up the debit card too. They’d beep twice and sometimes get confused. Not only this, but while my bank promises it’s secure, I’d rather not have a feature I don’t intend to use on the off-chance that it’s not.

Most methods of disabling the contactless feature on a debit or credit card involve physically mutilating the card, which I don’t like the idea of. A less destructive method is to locate where the rfid chip is positioned in your card and put a half inch square of copper tape (available from gardening stores or websites) over it on the back of the card.

In my experience when corporate businesses, the banks or technology companies tell us some innovation is for our benefit, either making life more convenient, or our finances more secure, in reality it is for their benefit. In my omnibus page Cashless Society I have reported many times on moves to eliminate the use of coinage and banknotes in the developed nations. It is claimed the reasoning behind this is to reduce crime and make financial activity more convenient. In fact a big part of the push to dump cash is to enable the electronic tracking of even our smallest purchases, the better to divine our habits and lifestyle choices from collected data.

Nothing is ever what it seems to be and RFID chip implants are no different. Apart from privacy issues and the principle of personal liberty, we must ask, as Marcus Tullius Cicero did two thousand years ago, Cui Bono. Who benefits? I’ll give you a clue, it isn’t people like you or me.

As the outcry about sex attacks on European women by recently arrived Muslim migrants refuses to die down, a leading German feminist, Alice Schwarzer, has said the politically correct “bubble has burst” and Germans should speak out against Islamic extremism and refusal to respect German and European traditions. She claimed German police have been covering up the rape culture of Muslim males for 20 years, and said that sexual violence was now being used as a weapon of war in Germany.

We have warned in the past that the politically correct, sociopathic idiots who lead western nations have been deliberately importing people whose behaviour, while normal in the third world cesspits these brutes crawl out of, could never be acceptable in western democracies.

By in large, the feminist, who tend to be more concerned with being seen to be politically correct that with genuine womens’ equality issues, react to the migrant sex attacks problem either  by denying it exists or trying to deflect attention from it by screeching about a fantasy “western rape culture”. Others occasionally blame women victims for rape, because multiculturalism.

As  we reported shortly after the attacks, a local feminists and socialist politicians in Cologne blamed European women for the rapes and accused them of dressing in ways that was bound to incite Muslim men to violence. Some left wingers even held a protest in support of further mass migration, and a British feminist publication tried to justify blaming female victims because the male Muslim attackers were “oppressed”.

Alice Schwarzer (pictured left, next to German Chancellor Angela Merkel), is a veteran “second wave” feminist who rose to prominence before feminism became preoccupied with same sex marriage and  excuising Islamic and misogynistic Muslim culture which permits not only rape of Kaffir (impure, i.e. non Muslim) women, but domestic violence, masrital rape, forced marriage and a view of women that condemns them to lives of virtual slavery.

Schwarzer has previously called for a ban on the wearing of the Islamic headscarf in schools or other public settings, and warned of a creeping Islamisation of Europe, which in her opinion would lead to an erosion of human rights, especially women’s rights.

She told German newspaper Die Welt in an interview yesterday that her Cologne based magazine Emma.de has been one of the only voices speaking out for women in Germany over the past 25 years.

“Since then, I have in certain circles been cheerfully reviled as a racist by multicultualists,  Leftists and converts to Islam”, she said, explaining that she has faced “enormous intimidation” from left wing Europeans and extreme right wing Muslims for speaking out

“Entire books have been published against me to try to shut me up. But in my case, it has not succeeded.”

She also accused German police of covering up the scale of migrant and Muslim rape and sex crime for more that two decades.

“20 years ago, a Cologne police officer said to me: ‘Alice, 70 to 80 percent of all rapes in Cologne go to the account of Turks.’ I was shocked and replied: ‘You absolutely must make it public! Even a Turk is not born as a rapist. There must be causes. What’s going on here? What can we do?’

“But the message was clear: ‘No way, that’s not politically expedient’. And it is this kind of political correctness that conceals the truth of Muslim rape culture” she said.

She also said that there are in fact many people in Germany who, like her, feel, “critical about the importation of so many migrants and refugees in Germany and their failure to integrate”. She said people have not spoken because they “fear the racism accusation”, but after Cologne, “This bubble has now burst”.

Amnesty Says Britain Is Abolishing Human Rights

The Independent does not sell many papers these days but they sometimes have the best stories. Like this one:

Increased surveillance in Britain, along with the reduction of access to justice, have contributed to one of the worst assaults on human rights in Europe since the fall of the Berlin Wall, according to a damning assessment by Amnesty International.

In its annual State of the World’s Human Rights report published today, Amnesty says the Coalition had rushed through legislation such as anti-terror measures and invasive surveillance powers without adequate time for parliamentary debate.

The NGO condemns David Cameron for not only “leading the charge” in attacking the European Convention on Human Rights, but also for passing legislation that, while designed to increase public safety, has come at the cost of basic civil liberties.

The Prime Minister has confirmed that a future Conservative government would also repeal the Human Rights Act and replace it with a British Bill of Rights, with a view to limiting the influence of the European Court of Human Rights, which enforces the Convention.

Unfortunately Amnesty, a bunch of left wing loonies who don’t know the difference between human rights and privileges for minorities quickly lose the plot and start to defend the European Human Rights Court’s habit of granting special treatment to minorities. As I have said many times before if there is to be rule of law, then the law must apply equally to everybody.

Now withdrawing from the European Human Rights farrago would be no bad thing, it’s an elitist abortion that gives crime perpetrators more rights than their victims, values the ‘rights’ of foreigners above the rights of citizens in their own land (especially when those rights include the rights claimed by people of ceryain ethnic and cultural backgrounds to commit sex crimes, because “it would not be a crime in his nation and culture.”

But mass surveillance, the suppression of free speech, plans to control the press and internet, and progressive removal of the right to trial by jury and, in certain instances such as ‘hate crimes’, revival of that medieval justice principle that the fact someone is accused is proof enough of guilt, are not acceptable.

All these ideas were originated by the Labour government but are being progressed by the coalition. They don’t originate from either but from those modern versions of lunatic asylums, the social science faculties of American uinversities, the places where assorted creepy little no – marks, losers and weirdos (aka intellectuals) gather to convince each other that the sad, dysfunctional lives they have led in their ivory towers qualify them to tell real people how we should live and what we should think.

Time to make a stand against their politically correct fascism. We have UKIP to vote for, or The Monster Raving Loonies. The rest Including the weirdie beardie, rope sandal wearing tree huggers) are for politically correct fascism unfortunately. It would help to have a significant slice of the media on our side, but the Indy will have to do for a start.

Thousands To Make Legal Stand Againt UK Government Surveillance

On Monday, the human rights group Privacy International launched a campaign that will make it possible for people anywhere in the world to challenge covert spying operations involving Government Communications Headquarters(GCHQ), or the USA’s National Security Agency.

In the few days since the launch, thousands of people have already signed up to join the unprecedented legal campaign against government mass surveillance programmes.

A historic court ruling earlier this month that deemed intelligence sharing between GCHQ and the NSA to have been unlawful because of the extreme secrecy shrouding it has made such a challenge to the two governments possible.

Members of the public now may now take part in a lawsuit against the spying in the Investigatory Powers Tribunal, the court that handles complaints in the UK about surveillance operations conducted by police and security agencies.

Anyone wanting to join the legal challenge to submit their name, email address and phone number through a this page on the Privacy International website. The group intends to lodge a case against GCHQ with the court that will seek to discover whether each participant’s emails or phone calls have been illegally obtained by surveillance organisations in violation of the privacy and freedom of expression provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights and The Geneva Convention.

If it is established that any of the communications have been unlawfully collected, the court could force GCHQ to delete them from its vast repositories of intercepted data.

By Tuesday evening,(16 February) more than 10,000 people had signed up to the campaign, a spokesman for Privacy International said.

Feminists may screech about equality in the workplace, the GayBLT community get they knickers in a twist about same sex marriage, Muslims claim the right to sell their daughters to the highest bidder, Labour supporters demand the right to be offended on behalf of people who are not themselves offended, Americans are very jealous of their right to have more rights than anyone else, but there is one right the men of northern Europe hold dear. And it has been under threat.

There are those on the left who would deny us the right to piss standing up. The politically correct busybodies have even gone to court in a big to deprive us of this right.

Fortunately common sense prevailed when a court in Dusseldorf, Germany ruled that it is permissible for men to urinate while standing.

The ruling came after a landlord in the sixth most populous city in Germany sought nearly $2,855 in damages to repair a bathroom floor. The landlord claimed the floor had “lost its sheen” by being regularly sprinkled with urine by a male tenant.

“Despite growing castration domestication of men in this matter, urinating while standing up is still common practice,” said Judge Stefan Hank, who added that damage to marble floors from urine is virtually unknown.

Tolerance Is Not The Same As Acceptance

I often post about the hypocrisy of the politically correct left and their double standards. Lefties never agree with me of course, and they are sure they’re right because they just such superior human beings.

I wonder if some of them would take the message on board if it came from a black man, or is being back and disagreeing with the politically correct agenda as bad as being white.

Why must persons whose sexual practices I tolerate insist that I view their lifestyle as “acceptable”? Such things are not my business; such issues are between you and whichever God you worship. Don’t shove it in my face, don’t insist that I not have a negative view of it and don’t insist that I never express disapproval of it. If my expressions of disapproval, abhorrence or repudiation are interpreted by persons as expressions of hatred of any person or group of persons, then I view that as a grievous misconstruction. I don’t hate persons who do not live by my moral code. Were I to be like that, I would have to hate over 90% of the population of the world. My moral code is for me alone. I do not attempt to impose it on others and I greatly resent anyone or group who attempt to impose theirs on me.

The hypocrisy of those so called “human rights” groups is appalling. Queen Ifrica sang:
