Police reported a Taxi driver had a “lucky escape” after obeying a Sat Nav direction led him to drive into a canal in Eccles, Greater Manchester.

The “embarrassed” motorist made a left turn off Bridgewater Way and straight into Bridgewater Cannal in on Sunday evening, officers said. Manchester Police Traffic division posted a picture online of the vehicle lying in the water following the incident.

A spokesman for the force said: “This taxi was rescued by RPU west A-relief in Eccles after the driver followed his sat nav straight into the Bridgewater Canal.

Replying to the post, one person wrote: “I hope they were reported to the council as well as having to re-sit a driving test. That’s just shocking.”

Another added: “Should have his taxi license and car license revoked, could have been a different outcome.”

As I know the road and the area I’m aware that anybody who placed the evidence of their own eyes above that of a machine could not possibly have done this. Therefore the real question, given the number of similar incidents we have reported in the past, it what has technology done to our brains when so many people will put blind faith in technology and ignore their own observations and common sense.

A Police force in in England has been forced by public ridicule to take down deleted Twitter messages and distance themselves from the actions of officers, apparently trying to save face after being ridiculed for threatening to take action against people observed for throwing snowballs during the latest (third) Covid-19 national lockdown.

After first trying to justify the ridiculous overreaction by issuing this and similar warnings: “This behaviour is likely to result in a £200 fixed penalty notice (FPN) for breaking the lockdown rules, the thick, sweaty coppers dug themselves deeper into the hole by explaining:“We were trying (to) highlight that leaving your home to carry out acts of antisocial behaviour could be considered a breach of the Covid-19 regulations,”

The force, West Mercia Police, which covers the west midlands, including rural counties Shropshire and Herefordshire which are among the least affected by COVID in the countty, developed a little self aswareness by Friday and tweeted:

“On reflection, we really didn’t word this very well. Sorry.”

The incident in question occurred late Thursday night, when three people were allegedly seen throwing snowballs close to the homes of elderly residents. The initial police message, which has since been deleted, made no mention of where the snowballs were being thrown. “This is obviously not a justifiable reason to be out of your house,” police tweeted of the snowball-throwing. “This behaviour is likely to result in a £200 fixed penalty notice (FPN) for breaking the lockdown rules

The threat came after officers had announced the issuance of four Fixed Penalty Notices on Thursday night for “blatant breaches” of lockdown rules. But the snowball tweet was met with mocker, as observers suggested that the account had been hacked and the message was a “joke” or a “parody.”

Hours later, police sent a message saying that the snowballs were thrown at the homes of “vulnerable elderly residents” and added, “This behaviour is not acceptable at any time.” But the new context appeared to do little to assuage public anger, and the original tweet was later deleted. Though senior police officers are now trying to pass of the incident as an unfortuinate misunderstanding, Twitter users refused to accept that the incident was anything other than government and police using the hoax Covid-19 pandemic to further curtail persnal liberties and create a police state in which we need official permission to fart. “It’s OK, you were only following ze orders, stick with that line,” one comment read. Another added, “You have zero understanding or empathy, nor realisation of the level of the loss of respect for the police as an organisation that protects the public.” another accused.

The protest, dubbed a ‘Stop the New Normal’ march by organisers, the anti-lockdown group Stand Up X, was one of the largest protests to date against the government’s coronavirus which began with the first lockdowns in March. More significantly perhaps, it came at the end of a week that saw Greater Manchester mayor, “The King In The North”, Andy Burnham lead a rebellion against the government by saying his city would refuse to comply with the latest batch of restrictions. Burnham’s protest is now spreading with civic leaders in Liverpool, Sheffield, Leeds / bradford and Newcastle as well as a number of smaller cities and large towns getting on board with the anti – government action.

Protests are banned under social distancing regulations of course, but the protest and other acts of civil disobedience were inevitable as the latest restrictions imposed on the people of Northern England, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland, as well as the introduction of a ‘tier system’ by Prime Minister Boris Johnson in England, in which local regions and cities are placed under lockdown if spikes in coronavirus “cases” are recorded.

At around 4 pm the police in London began using tactics to split the protest into separate groups and made at least 18 arrests in Trafalgar Square and on Westminster Bridge.

One woman told Breitbart London: “I’m so angry, all these police that are storming in, they’re going to lose their pensions. They’re supposed to be protecting us, they’re not, this is tyranny.”

Most disturbing event of the afternoon was watching as cops stood off while Black Lives Matter protestors gathered in violation of the same rules as the Stand Up X supporters were being baton charged for. All we learned from this exercise is how effective the police can bein dealing brutally with dissent groups that are not funded by Marxist billionaire psychopaths with names like Soros, Gates and Zuckerberg.

So once again the police stand off as BLM protestors blatantly ignore the law, but steam in against protestors opposed to the fascitic lockdown measure imposed on law abiding citizens, but … The lead officer for the Metropolitan Police’s response to the protest, Commander Ade Adelekan … Well I think we can all guess where his sympathies lie.
2100 years ago Marcus Tullius Cicero said that in a civilised society, “There can only be one law and it must apply equally to everybody.” Time our leaders were reminded of that?

The police have made a very big mistake by abandoning traditional policing by consent in favour of becoming state enforcers. Not only have they lost all credibility as a law enforcement agency and become recognised as a politicat police fore more interested in suppressing dissent and free speech than maintaining law and order, they will soon discover how much more unpleasant policing by brute force and oppression is, especially when the people they are oppressing start to hit back. German security authorities have claimed that members of the far-left Antifa movement are preparing attacks on police officers and political opponents, including potential assassinations.

The Antifa movement in Germany and its 50 supporting groups across the country are becoming increasingly more violent, according to a report from the Federal Criminal Police Office and the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution seen by Focus magazine. They are also believed to be plotting targetted attacks.

Authorities are also concerned over allegations that some German Antifa members have travelled to northern Syria to undertake combat training with the left-wing Kurdish militia, the YPG, Focus reports.

Breitbart London has reported on Antifa links to the terrorist Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) in the past in Germany. In 2018, Antifa extremists admitted to firebombing a Turkish mosque in Kassel linked to the far-right Turkish Grey Wolves, an enemy of the PKK.

Have to admit I’m with the cops on this one. Will people wear the masks? Around two weeks ago, before the latest easing of lockdown I went in an open all hours shop run by an Asian family, noticing as I entered the rule ‘no more than three people in the store at any one time’ was displayed on a notice on the door. There were about fifteen people in the store, mixed ethnicities and ages, none wearing masks.

All the reports in mainstream media about the snivelling, fearful people of Britain meekly complying with lockdown rules are bollocks, fake news, propaganda. While the university brainwashed millennials who populate London these days might have swallowed the fear-and-panic campaign hook line and sinker and the reality challenged communities on university campuses raged from behind their masks about the systemic racism of virus pandemics, most people have tried to carry on with our lives as near to normally as we can. Which is why we can see through this bollocks about masks and will make up our own minds whether we want to comply with the neo fascist diktat of the United Nations.

‘Absolutely absurd’: London Met Police slam UK govt’s Covid-19 face mask plans as ‘impossible’ to enforce

The chair of London’s Met Police Federation has hit out at UK government plans to make the wearing of face masks mandatory in shops, insisting it’s farcical that officers may end up driving round the capital looking for offenders.

During an interview with BBC Radio 4’s Today program on Tuesday, Ken Marsh – who represents police officers in the UK capital – claimed it would be “nigh-on impossible” to enforce the new requirement on face masks, due to come into law in England on July 24. People who do not comply with the new law face being stung with a £100 fine.

Marsh insisted that it shouldn’t be left to police to oversee yet more coronavirus pandemic rules and suggested that shopkeepers must “take some responsibility” for their customers. The chairman of the Metropolitan Police Federation said that by the time officers get to the scene, perpetrators will most likely be long gone as shopkeepers do not have powers to detain.

We’ll be driving round and round London looking for people who weren’t wearing masks, it’s absolutely absurd.

However, it appears the buck passing has already started, even before face coverings become mandatory. Some retailers have voiced their concerns at the idea shop workers may have to confront shoppers who are not abiding by the new law.

Between four and five hundred “youths” swarmed the streets of Stuttgart, Germany, attacking police officers and looting businesses in riots the AfD linked to Antifa and mass migration.

In the early hours of Sunday morning, 19 police officers were injured, 40 business were attacked, and nine shops were looted by violent rioters in Stuttgart, following a drug search of a seventeen-year-old German boy by local police.

According to the police in Stuttgart, just 24 of the hundreds of rioters were arrested, seven of whom were under the age of 18. The police said that half of those arrested have German citizenship and the other were foreign nationals, however, the statement did not provide the ethnic backgrounds of the rioters.

The president of the Stuttgart Police, Franz Lutz, claimed that the riots were not political in nature, saying: “From the current perspective, we can rule out left-wing or even political motivation for these acts of violence. It was an unprecedented dimension tonight, from overt violence against police officers and massive property damage to looting,” he said, in comments reported by German tabloid Bild-Zeitung.

Good to hear Dominic Raab talking some sense about this outbreak of disgusting grovelling to the Black Lives Matter thugs that seems to be turning into a pandemic. Since the murder of career criminal and small time dickhead George Floyd in Minneapolis on May 25, protests have taken place around the world calling for an end to racism. Interestingly these sponaneous demonstrations of outrage have been very well organised, which suggests they were not all that spontaneous and Mr. Floyd’s death, while completely unjustified, served as the starting bell for a well plannede colour revolution.

Black Lives Matter protesters in the US have been calling for the end of police brutality towards black people in their country but their cries have been drowned out by the shreiking irony of the rioters going on an orgy of vandalism , arson and looting even as their ever faithful supporters in Hollywood were calling for an end to violence.

But while there is at least some justification for protests in the USA where relations between police and black communities have never been good, WTF are the protests in Britain all about. OK, they are protesting about Britain’s role in the Atlantic slave trade, which ended over two hundred years ago, as CONSERVATIVE and WHIG politicians in England led the world in abolishing slavery. So reall knocking down a few statues of long dead people with alleged links to the slave trade is just vacuous gesture politics. But at least the gesture is sort of apporopriate to the cause, unkile bending the knee (sic.) One of the satues they want removed, depicts a man whose link to the slave trade was through the fact that he was one of the leaders in the campaign to abolish it.

But what do Black Lives Matter protesters in the UK want beyond leave to vandalise statues?

“What we want is equality, what we want is justice and what we want is to have the same opportunities as everybody around, having our curriculum not so white-washed would make a massive change,” says protester Katrina Okuyiga , talking to a TV news reporter. Okuyiga admitted she had attended some of the UK Black Lives Matter demonstrations.

“Part of the reason we went to the protests was to highlight that people experience police brutality and police violence every single day. Our call is do divest from policing,” says Temi Mwale, a racial justice campaigner and founder of The 4Front Project. Police brutality and violence every day? In Britain? Methinks Temi doth protest to much, he or she needs to spend some time in African before talking about police brutality and violence. It’s difficult to think of a single African nation where anybody randomly stopped by a police officer who refuses to hand over the expected bribe is unlikely to ever again be seen alive by their family and friends.

But Temi was not finished showing how stupid Black Lives Matter supporters are. Explaining why blacks in britain experience police brutality and violence every day he / she added a lovely non sequitur: “The reason for that is because it’s really important that we actually invest in services, invest within communities, invest in mental healthcare, invest in opportunities, the things that are actually proven to increase people’s safety.”

Yeah, right.

Black Lives Matter activist Gary McFarlane opined that there are some “easy wins” in his eyes for the Government to make, such as: “A full public inquiry into the disproportionate number of black and minority ethnic (BAME)persons that have died in the Covid pandemic to date. A ban on tasers would cost the Government nothing. That’s been rolled out to all police forces in the country. That should be unrolled.”

So COVID – 19 is racist now. If Mr. McFarlane had as many brain cells as he has testicles he might understand that the reasons black and minority ethnic people have been badly hit is drug abuse (which wrecks the immune system,) bad diet (white diabetics have been even more badly affected that BAME communities.

“After the easy wins, we have the harder things to do perhaps…The uprooting of institutional racism in the NHS…in the education service, the civil service and…employment more generally.”

Really these people have no idea what they want, they have simply been manipulated by the dark forces of globalism into believing they are victims of injustice. Similarly the Black Lives Matter rent a mob across the pond start rioting and looting whenever the killing of a black person by a white makes the news, but demonstrate that not all black lives matter equally by clamming up whenever the huge number of blacks killed by other blacks is mentioned.

As for the British lot, it appears to be the usual universitiy brainwashed retards who have decided to be offended on behalf of working class people of minority status who actually understand they are lucky to be in Britain rather than stuck in some African shithole ruled by an amateur tyrant who like to kill his own people simply because he can or caught up in some middle eastern war zone where simply being a non Muslim can get you killed but being the wrong sort of Muslim is certain to.

The vice chancellor of Oxford University has published an open letter suggesting Black students who feel traumatised by the killing of George Floyd, a black career criminal by a white police officerr in Minneapolis USA will be givern special treatment. What this means exactly is unclear but many commentators are suggesting black students may be given higher grasdes than their work has earned, thus giving them an incentive to make false claims.’

The city and university of Oxford is 3,959 miles away from Minneapolis, where Floyd died as an officer knelt on his neck, crusing the man’s windpipe. While Floyd was a known criminal it is clear he was neither wanted for not in the act of committing any serious offence. And even if he had been, there could be no justification for the way the officer treated him. However the territory occupied by Minnesota has not been under British jurisdiction for nearly 250 years so it is difficult to see how any British student could honestly claim to be traumatised by the incident. Appalled and disgusted yes, traumatised, i.e. profoundly affected in a personal was, emphaticaly no.

The United Kingdom has seen many local incidents which might reasonably be claimed to have traumatised students, ranging from the rape gangs which tortured and sexually abused underage girls right on the university’s doorstep in Oxford itself to, just 160 miles away, the slaughter and mutilation by a Muslim suicide bomber of dozens of kids attending an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester.

But now Oxford University, one of the oldest and generally supposed to be one of the finest in the world, has decided that the killing of George Floyd, which though shocking in its brutality, is an example of an everyday occurence in the United States. is of unique and global significance and warrants offering theraputic treatment to the student body accordingly.

The letter, signed by the university’s vice-chancellor Louise Richardson and all its Heads of Houses, begins:

Dear Students

Thank you for your letter expressing your concerns for the welfare of Black students at the University at this time. We are writing to you as a group of individuals who care deeply about our University: we appreciate you writing to us, not least because we share your concerns about the traumatic effect of the brutality which killed George Floyd and which is a manifestation of institutionalised racism. The collective failures to address attitudes and behaviours which amount to discrimination are still prevalent in many institutions, including higher education.

The letter does not give any examples of ‘attitudes and behaviours which amount to discrimination’ which it claims are still prevalent in ‘higher education’ – nor does it explain how these are linked to the Floyd murder because that would be impossible.

All in all, it is just another example of how the elites, ever contemptuous of the white working class in the liberal democracy are happy to pander to far left extremism and black supremacist thuggery. Ironically many of those who would be happy to give our civilisation into the hands of black overlord are themselves white, pathetic, hypocrital, self – hating losers from affluent backgrounds who try to gain a little self esteem by demostrating how guilty they feel about things done by their country’s leaders hundreds of years ago. They neeed to tread carefully, the working class people are tired of being shat on and angry at the condescending way lefties treat them, are getting very angry.

UK police officers have been instructed about the “engaging effect” of taking a knee before protesters, and alerted about the drawbacks if they refuse to do so, triggering shocked and confused reaction from the British public.
