Led by the twin traitors John Major and Tony Blair, a media shitstorm is being stirrred up over the news that the UK might have to be prepared as EU Officials, aware that the collapsing Union cannot exist without british money are desperately trying to find new dirty tricks to prevent Britain’s having a clean break from EU law and EU policy.

Of course, GB currently follows all EU standards so they know full well our food is safe. As the EU made no attempt to reach an agreement with us, other than to threaten and stonewall until we caved in and agreed to the status quo, which is not in our interest as it cancels at least three national votes including two elections, let us follow international law to the letter and revoke the Withdrawal Agreement.

How Much Does The UK Actually Send To The EU
Big kerfuffle this week over Conservative leadership contender Boris Johnson facing trial for his claim, during the EU Referendum campaign, that Britain sends £350million a week to Brussels. Originally the Remainers claimed somebody in the Leave camp had said all the money would go to the NHS. The claim is in fact true but misleading. If the amount paid into the EU budget is taken, then it is close to £350million a week. The British government’s announcement that UK legislation implementing the EU divorce treaty could break international law in a “limited way” was described as a truly “kamikaze” statement that backfired spectacularly, Ireland’s former Prime Minister Leo Varadkar has said.

“These were really extraordinary comments, and certainly set off alarm bells in Dublin. I think they have backfired,” Varadkar, told a press conference on.

“Certainly, the strategy and behavior of the British government was one of brinkmanship, was one of threatening to crash out… if we don’t get to an agreement we might go kamikaze on you, that sort of thing,” Varadkar added.

On Tuesday, the UK’s Northern Ireland minister, Brandon Lewiss,had admitted that due to EU intransigence over certain unaccapatable demands, Britain could break international law in a “limited way” with by unilaterally amending legislation linked to the Withdrawal Agreement signed with the EU early this year. The statement triggered a diplomatic storm in an A cup among the other parties to the agreement.

Such rhetoric effectively sounded like a new thinly-veiled threat from the UK, Varadkar said, and quite in line with Westminster’s general Brexit negotiations strategy. It should be remembered that Paddy Poofter Varadkar spent most of his tenure as Irelands leader collaborating with EU federalists to find ways of preventing Britain leaving the EU.

Legal basis of EU designed to take control from member states and hand to Brussels

The rejected European Consitution, which was abandoned in 2005 but reintroduced in 2007 as the Lisbon Treaty (a form which member states’ voters coould not reject in national referenda,) was tailor-made to strip nation states of their power and centralise control in the hands of a Brussels cabal, according to a leading authority on international law.

Professor Richard Epstein, one of the foremost authorities on international law and treaties, exposed the cryptic clauses of one of the most important agreements in the history of the EU in a shock essay and in doing so exposed the true nature of the treaty and the power grabbing political monster the EU has become. At the time Mr Epstein warned the EU Constitution would result in less individual freedom and more bureaucratic interference, and centralised government from Brussels and advised Britain to chuck the treaty in the bin.

The document analysed by Mr Epstein was never formally ratified after being voted down in plebiscites in France and Netherlands, but it became the Lisbon Treaty, which passed in 2007 after being rejected in a referendim in Ireland, they only country consitutionally required to put a treaty change involving a surrender of sovereign powers to a public vote. But but Ireland is much smaller and has much less economic clout than France or Netherlands, and after the European Central Bank had shafted the Irish economy, Brussels told the Irish government the referendim result was not acceptable and the vote must be rerun.

The Lisbon Treaty contained 95 percent of the same text as the EU constitution, according to analysis by the London think tank Open Europe.

After being ratified by the political elites of member states and voted through at the second time of asking by Ireland, the Lisbon treaty became the legal bedrock of the EU, updating laws and regulations for member states, establishing a more centralised leadership and foreign policy, a process for countries that wish to leave the bloc, and a streamlined process for enacting new policies, in effect shifting the EU from being a free trade club to being a political entity.

In his 2005 essay called “American Lessons for European Federalism”, Mr Epstein, Professor at the New York University School of Law, argued that the EU constitution lacked many of the democratic checks and balances contained in the American constitution and the consitutions of democratic nations. Absolute power is weilded by a committee of unelected bureaucrats.

Predicting where the document’s internal structures, which lacked of any clear definition, would lead, centralising massive power into the hands of unaccountable executives in Brussels, Mr Epstein wrote: ”For those who want a strong state with weak individual rights, then this Constitution achieves many of their goals.

NATO violates treaty to support the Evil Empire

Since the Russians got fed up of Obama using his ISIS puppets to attack Russia’s long time ally Syria and exposed American claims they were fighting the ragbag army of fanatics, criminals, mercenaries and ragheads in the middle east and decided to kick the shit out of the rebeles before their fantatical version of Islam destabilized Europe, The Ministry Of Truth (i.e. government public relations departments and all of western print and broadcast media) has turned the outrage generator up to eleven in their efforts to demonize Russia and its leader Vladimir Putin.

What is not mentioned of course is that starting with Afghanistan in 2001 and Iraq in 2003, every American led intervention in the domestic affairs of sovereign nations has violated a legally binding treaty signed in 1997 between NATO and the Russian Federation.

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization and its member States, on the one hand, and the Russian Federation, on the other hand, hereinafter referred to as NATO and Russia, based on an enduring political commitment undertaken at the highest political level, will build together a lasting and inclusive peace in the Euro-Atlantic area on the principles of democracy and cooperative security.

NATO and Russia do not consider each other as adversaries. They share the goal of overcoming the vestiges of earlier confrontation and competition and of strengthening mutual trust and cooperation. The present Act reaffirms the determination of NATO and Russia to give concrete substance to their shared commitment to build a stable, peaceful and undivided Europe, whole and free, to the benefit of all its peoples. Making this commitment at the highest political level marks the beginning of a fundamentally new relationship between NATO and Russia. They intend to develop, on the basis of common interest, reciprocity and transparency a strong, stable and enduring partnership.

This Act defines the goals and mechanism of consultation, cooperation, joint decision-making and joint action that will constitute the core of the mutual relations between NATO and Russia.

NATO has undertaken a historic transformation — a process that will continue. In 1991 the Alliance revised its strategic doctrine to take account of the new security environment in Europe. Accordingly, NATO has radically reduced and continues the adaptation of its conventional and nuclear forces. While preserving the capability to meet the commitments undertaken in the Washington Treaty, NATO has expanded and will continue to expand its political functions, and taken on new missions of peacekeeping and crisis management in support of the United Nations (UN) and the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), such as in Bosnia and Herzegovina, to address new security challenges in close association with other countries and international organisations. NATO is in the process of developing the European Security and Defence Identity (ESDI) within the Alliance. It will continue to develop a broad and dynamic pattern of cooperation with OSCE participating States in particular through the Partnership for Peace and is working with Partner countries on the initiative to establish a Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council. NATO member States have decided to examine NATO’s Strategic Concept to ensure that it is fully consistent with Europe’s new security situation and challenges.

Russia is continuing the building of a democratic society and the realisation of its political and economic transformation. It is developing the concept of its national security and revising its military doctrine to ensure that they are fully consistent with new security realities. Russia has carried out deep reductions in its armed forces, has withdrawn its forces on an unprecedented scale from the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltic countries and withdrawn all its nuclear weapons back to its own national territory. Russia is committed to further reducing its conventional and nuclear forces. It is actively participating in peacekeeping operations in support of the UN and the OSCE, as well as in crisis management in different areas of the world. Russia is contributing to the multinational forces in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

I told you so, now WAKE THE FUCK UP.

Have you heard of TTIP? No?
Then you have some reading to do. TTIP (the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership) a so called trade pact between the USA and Europe, which is being negotiated in strictest secrecy, would hand global corporations the power to sue governments and overturn laws (such as consumer protection laws) they feel are obstructing their ability to make profits.

A new People’s Movement (Ireland) pamphlet explains how the EU-US trade and investment treaty threatens democracy, would attack workers rights, erode social standards and environmental regulations, dilute food safety rules, undermine regulations on the use of toxic chemicals, rubbish digital privacy laws, and strangle developing economies.

Needless to say all political leaders in nations involved and all major political parties are fully supportive of it. Individual elected representatives and associations of small businesses and employers are waking up to it and even mainstream media are starting to understand it would prevent them printing anything certain corporate interests did not like no matter how much proof existed that the story is true.

Wikipedia describes Sevran as a commune in the northeastern suburbs of Paris, about 16 km (10 miles) from the city centre. A nondescript sort of place you might think and pictures like the one above bear out that impression. But in the near future Sevran could play an important role in the shaping of history and like another place few people have heard of which, like Speenhamland, change the direction if the developed world (The Speenhamland poor relief system raised awareness of the urgent ned for social reform in newly industrialised Britain).

One of the dirty little secrets of mainstream consensus politics is that while our leaders blether about democracy and “yoomin rights” they are quietly selling us out to the elitists whose agenda leads to a totalitarian world government.

The Daily Stirrer has reported on the secret negotiations now in progress in which, as clauses of benign sounding multinational agreements like the Trans Pacific Partnership and the Trans Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TATP) by which Nazi puppets like Barack Obama, David Cameron and Angela Merkel and dupes like Ed Miliband and Francoise Hollande will betray the people they were elected to serve by surrendering national sovereignty to Corporate Bosses and Bankers. It is any wonder the political establishments and the academic creeps who advise them have been keeping silent about these treaties (which are about anything but free trade – just take a look at the plans of the unelected world government to control the internet and abolish free speech by making publication of views that dissent from the official line a criminal offence.

Wannabe Weltfuhrer Obama gave the game away with a typically petulant and adolescsent outburst in a meeting with the Malaysian leader in which the Rent Boy President condemned those questioning the treaties as conspiracy theorists:

At his joint press conference with Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak, Obama addressed concerns that intellectual property provisions in the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) will lead to “higher costs of medical supplies. His response was that people who raise concerns about TPP intellectual property provisions and access to medicines have a “lack of knowledge about what is happening in (secret) negotiations, and are therefore prone to “rumors and “conspiracy theories.

Obama is reported to have elaborated on that by saying:

If you take an issue like drugs, for example, the United States does extraordinary work in research and development, and providing medical breakthroughs that save a lot of lives around the world. Those companies that make those investments in that research oftentimes want a return, and so there are all kinds of issues around intellectual property and patents, and so forth.”

Obama’s comments could almost be considered an argument in favor of greater transparency, though that was obviously not his intent because leaked texts of the draft agreements for TPP and TATP show that among many corporate and business friendly, people hostile issues concerning patents and intellectual property are proposals to allow corporations to overule laws passed by the elected governments of sovereign nations if it is felt those laws obstruct the achievement of business goals.

So when The Rent Boy President talks of making medicines avaiable in poor counties, what he means is allowing Big Pharma to sue those who manufacture and sell generic versions of drugs in third world nations in order to protect patents and make available to the world’s poor only the most expensive versions of drugs and madicines. We know from experience that the provisions found in the leaked texts are the same types of provisions that have been shown to raise drug prices in other countries that have implemented trade agreements with the United States. Last year’s joint report by the World Trade Organization, World Health Organization, and World Intellectual Property Organization describes the impact of TRIPS Plus intellectual property provisions dictated by trade agreements in Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, and Jordan. It is also worth noting that the provisions Obama boasts so proudly of will not only allow but assist Big Pharma and Big Ag to obtain patents on plants that have been evolving in the natural world, thus making it possible for corporate lawyers to sue herbalists and purveyors of traditional remedies such as the medicinal herb Fennel (recently the subject of a patent application by Nestle) which has been used by healers for thousands of years and is still an important medicine in poor areas.

Those are just small examples of the shitiness that is contained in the TPP and TATP agreements.

Fortunately for democracy, in Sevran resistance has already begun. Since April 11 the city has been a self-declared area free from TTIP, the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership. It is up to the rest of us to follow their lead.

A resolution introduced by the anarchistic group Sevran Solidaire et Citoyen has been adopted by a large majority of Sevran’s Council. The city is petitioning the French government to halt negotiations concerning the creation of a free trade zone between America and Europe.

In Sevran they have understood that the treaty “is not so much about free competition and lack of barriers as a threat against the European democratic model and the French way of life: the dismantling of all social and environmental protections, salary structures and regulations preventing price dumping, anti – monopoly laws, in fact the French state will be subject to attack by multinational corporations in law courts and arbitrations tribunals.

This may paint a grim picture of America’s last shot at establishing a global hegemony, but concern is spreading around Europe in spite of the fact that mainstream European media (controlled by the same dark forces that control US media) has been deafeningly silent on the topic. With European elections imminent the Federal European Superstate camp, facing humiliation by Eurosceptic national parties don’t want to talk about such a divisive issue as their attempt to revive Naziism by dressing it in touchy – feely, caring, sharing mawkish sentiment (“oh but fascism so nice will help the poor” – well maybe, but it doesn’t do much good for the “useless eaters” of Hitler’s political philosophy.)

The way in which Brussels has been trying to present the treaty is typical of a Europe that lacks a political heart; an elitist club whose idea of democracy is to regulate every aspect of life, even a zucchini’s length, or the proper radius for a banana but to disregards the diverse needs of humanity.

Call me a Conspiracy Theorist if you like, Sidi Obama. I’m with the citoyens opposing Corporate Fascism, Go Sevran!.
