A new Reuters/Ipsos poll has reportedly found that a majority of Americans believe the completely discredited narrative that the Russian government paid Taliban-linked fighters to kill the occupying forces of the US and its allies in Afghanistan.

“A majority of Americans believe that Russia paid the Taliban to kill U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan last year amid negotiations to end the war, and more than half want to respond with new economic sanctions against Moscow, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll released on Wednesday,” Reuters reports.

“Overall, 60% of Americans said they found reports of Russian bounties on American soldiers to be ‘very’ or ‘somewhat’ believable, while 21% said they were not credible and the rest were unsure,” says Reuters.

Biden did nothing to cause a turnaround, as it relates to gaining support from the Democrat Party. The mainstream media created this turnaround by flooding the news networks and every corner of the Internet with the illusion that everything was shifting in Biden’s favor. Nothing actually transpired that would multiply Biden’s support; in fact, with his many slip-ups and confused daily existence, the Democrat Party should have dismissed Biden as completely mentally unfit to serve in the White House. Joe Biden’s victory was a fabrication by the mainstream media.

The mainstream media can take a nobody (a good example is Greta Thunberg) and make him/her an overnight sensation, so obviously, they have no problem in taking a man who has been in public office for decades and putting him in the right spotlight. Joe Biden did not surge in the polls, nor did he gain ground based upon his own merit. Joe Biden was chosen by “the establishment” to fill the role of running against President Donald Trump, and the mainstream media used their usual deceptive methods to put him in that role.

What we are witnessing is a last ditch effort for the establishment to uproot President Trump, but sadly, their best chance to do so is by promoting the least qualified Democrat candidate. Joe Biden has been positioned to face Donald Trump by the establishment, not the Democrat Party. Joe Biden bolted to the top, and it had absolutely nothing to do with the counting of votes. Libya Closes Tripoli’s Only Airport After Rockets Fired

The only operational airport in the Libyan capital of Tripoli has suspended all flights. Rival groups have been fighting in Tripoli suburbs over the past few days.We have mentioned many times that prior to the ousting of the Gadaffi regime and the murder of Colonel Gadaffi, the Libyan dictator, in an Obama led, US / EU / NATO regime change coup in 2011, Libya was the richest and most advanced state on the African continent. Now it is a failed state embroiled in a tripartate civil war, and things don’t look likely to imptove any time soon.

Clashes in Libya’s capital of Tripoli have caused a 48-hour closure of Mitiga International airport, the city’s only operational airport. A spokesman for the state airline Libyan Airlines said authorities closed the airport on Friday after some rockets were fired in its direction. Flights were diverted to Misrata airport, which lies 190 kilometers (120 miles) east of Tripoli.

Rival militias have been fighting for days in suburbs south of Tripoli. The clashes erupted on Monday and have left at least 39 dead, including civilians, and wounded 119 others, Libya’s Health Ministry said on Thursday.

Though a ceasefire deal was agreed to on Thursday, the conflict reignited on Thursday and continued into Friday.

Tripoli has been at the center of Libya’s seven-year conflict, which began with an uprising that overthrew and killed longtime ruler Moammar Gadhafi. The country is currently governed by rival authorities in the Libyan capital and in the east, each side backed by various militias. The fighting has resulted in refugees migrating to Europe to flee the conflict, many using fragile boats in an attempt to cross the Mediterranean Sea.

Dedollarisation contagion: Germany Calls For Global Payment System Independent Of US

In what can only been seen as a vote of “no confidence” in the US dollar as global reserve currency, which effectively gives the US a  monopoly over global trade settlements infrastructure, Germans foreign minister Heiko Maas yesterday called for the creation of a new payments system independent of the US that would allow Brussels to be independent in its financial operations from Washington and as a means of rescuing the nuclear deal between Iran and the west.

Maas may have stopped short of openly supporting the Russia / China bid to replace the US dollar, but and independent European settlements system would have to exclude the dollar in trades between European nations and the BRICS bloc.

The German daily Handelsblatt reported that Maas said “Europe should not allow the US to act over our heads and at our expense. For that reason it’s essential that we strengthen European autonomy by establishing payment channels that are independent of the US, creating a European Monetary Fund and building up an independent Swift system,” he wrote, cited by the FT.

Maas who has made clear his opposition to the US use of sanctions to maintain its stranglehold on world trade, said it was vital for Europe to stick with the Iran deal. “Every day the agreement continues to exist is better than the highly explosive crisis that otherwise threatens the Middle East,” he said. The unspoken subtext was clear: Europe is no longer willing to be a vassal state to US monopoly over global payments, and will now aggressively develop its own payments network that is not subservient to Washington’s every whim.

Amazon & Silicon Valley Masters of Universe Push Governments To Nationalize Music Industry

Amazon is leading a well-funded and well organised Silicon Valley campaign to force governments to nationalize the music industry, thereby creating a system where the government props up favoured corporations — such as Amazon — to be beneficiaries of and have control over, while also profiting from, music production.

The Music Modernization Act, which already been prsented in both Houses of the US Congress would create by law, if passed, a “collective” that pays the various beneficiaries of of public funds. The major problem with said “collective,” according to critics, is that it would be run by the government, specifically the U.S. Copyright Office, making it prone to cronyism, corruption, and misappropriation of intellectual property.

And if it becomes law in the USA you can bet the global media corporations will not be long before they are pushing for a similar law in the European Union, Britain, Canada, Australia and Japan just for starters. The good thing here is that such a proposal is not likely to become law as long as Donald J Trump is US President. Remember, the pernicious Trans Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), another example of leftist control freakery rhat would have handed control of law making in sovereign states to corporate lawyers, was pushed by Obama and the EU, defeated by public opinion in Europe and killed by Trump in the USA.

“The so-called Music Modernization Act will destroy the private sectors’ progress by creating a federal mechanical license ‘collective’ which would collect payments and distribute them to the correct parties,” Bryan Crabtree, a pro-Trump author, wrote in NewsMax:

This collective would be funded by a new fee on music services and housed at the U.S. Copyright Office. The bill is perhaps a solution in search of a problem or maybe a power grab by global media corporations. The creation of the collective threatens to drive small record labes and distributors out of the marketplace, killing competition and establishing yet another monopoly in the music industry. Likely, the government would select just one or perhaps two services as their policeman on the beat. The most politically astute (and we know Bezon fancies his chance of succeeding Trump as President,) are the ones that often walk away with the deal, and the The Music Modernization Act looks to be no exception.

The bill passed the US House of Representatives with bipartisan support and made it through the Senate Judiciary Committee already, although it is misleading to talk of bipartisan politcs in the US system, there is one party, the corporate party, Senators and Representatives are its hirelings. We derailed TTIP, we must derail this latest act of corporate piracy heading our way from across the pond.

Germany, Italy Refuse To Join Deep State’s Syria Regime Change Coalition

As madness grips most members of NATO, with our own British Prime Minister Theresa May trying to out – Trump Trump in her displays of gung ho egomania, two nations at least are taking a more rational view. Italy and Germany have said they will not be involved in, or even support airstrikes on Syria.
Understandable, especially in the case of Germany which is right in the firing line if Putin decides to take out a few East Coast townships, and also relies on Russia for 40% of its energy needs, enough to bring the country to a standstill if the supply is suddenly switched off.

Italy is less dependent on Russian oil and gas, but does export quite a lot of agricultural produce to Russia.

Germany, understanding that involvement in any strike on Syria would further jeopardize its relationship with the Kremlin, stated unequivocally that it will not join any military strikes against Syria in response to the alleged chemical gas attack on an opposition enclave which Russia claims was a “white helmet” false flag, but takes a more diplomatic line by expressing support for Western efforts to show the use of chemical weapons is unacceptable, Chancellor Angela Merkel said.

Angela Merkel said after meeting Danish Prime Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen in Berlin. “We support everything that is being done to show that the use of chemical weapons is not acceptable.”

Which is a less direct way of saying “we are happy to do anything except whatever puts us on Putin’s black list.”

Meanwhile in Dublin, Germany’s new Foreign Minister Heiko Maas said Germany expects to be consulted before any Western allies conduct an attack on Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s forces as the allies must be united on the matter.

Earlier, Merkel spoke with French President Emmanuel Macron about the suspected gas attack and expressed her concern that the international community’s ability to ban chemical weapons was eroding.” Perhaps this is because of the NATO and the EU’s increasing belligerence in international affairs. For example, the gramdmotherfucker Macron, in an outburst reminiscent of America’s cocksucker president Barack Obama’s reaction to previous reports of gas attacks yesterday claimed he had irrefutable proof that the Assad regime and Russia were responsible for this latest chemical attack, but offered no evidence to back up his claim.

Amusingly, instead of focusing on the nature of the schism between Germany and its allies, Europe’s most powerful nation chose to deflect attention to the lack of a coherent European policy on the matter: an easy excuse in a continent in which there is virtually no cohesion on any matter:

Moments after Germany said would not participate any Syrian strikes, Italy too said it took would refuse to participate in any military action against Russia or Assad.

However, just like Germany the Italians announced they would supply logistical support to any military operation against the Assad regime. Which means that the two nations that will lead the attack on Syria when it inevitable comes, whether with or without the US, will be the UK, whose subs are already on location off the coast of Syria, and France, whose slimeball president is just itching to suck up to the Americans.

The election is over, and part from the wailing and gnashing of teeth from heartbroken Clinton supporters who refuse to believe the war candidate lost, with luck we will have heard the last of Hillary Clinton, her serial rapist husband Bill and their plug ugly daughter Chelsea.

News agency Zvezda reports Russia has today  announced the start to field trials of its latest generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) the RS-28 Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile, intended to replace the existing R-36M2 Voevoda (NATO designation SS-18 “Satan”).

According to the Zvedza report,  the two-stage, liquid-fuelled RS-28 weighs 100 tonnes, and is capable of delivering 12 warheads via its multiple independently targetable re-entry vehicle (MIRV) payload at a range of 10,000km (6000 miles).

The RS-28 employs “an array of advanced antimissile countermeasures” plus “higher speed performance”, designed to thwart any anti-ballistic missile (ABM) system. In other words it is designed to evade US missile shield defences. There is widespread speculation  that they would have a conventional hypersonic version like the US’s Advanced Hypersonic Weapon or the Chinese WU-14 and could be used as a precision intercontinental weapon in a non-nuclear conflict.

The allegedly unstoppable missile is “capable of wiping out parts of the earth the size of Texas or France”, Zvezda cheerfully explains. What is particularly worrying for US defence chiefs responsible for advising the war crazu hawks of the Washington political establishment is the ‘known know’ that in response to the USA deploying nuclear missiles to Poland and Romania, earlier this year Vladimir Putin ordered Russian ICBM’s launched from mobile platforms similar to the one pictured above, to the Kaliningrad enclave on the shore of the Baltic, form where cities on the east coast of the USA are withing the Sarmat’s range.

Further tech details have not been released, although defence experts IHS Markit assume the RS-28s will use the same RD-274 engine cluster (4 x RD-273 units) burning a hypergolic mix of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine (UDMH) and N₂O₄ (nitrogen textroxide) that lift the R-36M2 Voevoda. The advantage of this system is that the fuel components are comparatively easy to store over long periods, as opposed to cryogenic fuels.

The Object 4202 rocket was fired thousands of miles from the Yasny Launch Base in Russia to the far-east peninsula of Kamchatka with Kremlin officials calling the test a ‘success’.   When it enters service in 2018, the new ICBM will occupy the same silos currently housing the R-36M2, although the facilities will require modification to accommodate the Son of Satan.

Post punk shock – rock band Pussy Riot are blamed by some for triggering a new wave of Russian puritanism

 Earlier this month young Russian activists turned out in the streets of Moscow to protest against western decadence. Standing in aggressive military poses and dressed in uniforms of ‘Officers of Russia: Executive Youth Wing,’ they blocked access to an exhibition of photographs of nude adolescents by American photographer Jock Sturges.

‘We are here to protect people from paedophilic influences,’ one young Officer of Russia announced to journalists. Another protester sprayed the offending photographs with urine. At the same time, Russia’s state–controlled radio networks were filled with senators, Russian Orthodox priests and government officials denouncing the the exhibition (which shut down immediately after the protests) and demanding the organisers to be prosecuted.

The outcry came shortly after the Russian government banned two popular pornography sites, youporn and xhamster, on the pretext of protecting public morality.

According to some left wing commentators in the west, particularly those sympathetic to the moral libertines of the US Democratic Party and the UK’s Labour party, which both have advocated of legalising sex between adults and children as young as four, Putin’s Russia is fast becoming a very puritan place. Ever since returning to the presidency in 2012, Putin, an active member of Russia’s Orthodox Christian congregation despite his history as a KGB agent under the Soviet regime, has pursued an increasingly religious-conservative ideology both at home and abroad, defining Russia as a moral fortress against sexual licence and decadence, porn and gay rights.

This is true but should be viewed in the context of ideological puritanism in the west, where the Special Snowflake generation suffer attacks of ‘the vapours’ if they encounter ‘microaggressions,’ but a quite comfortable with the idea of allowing gay and transgender propaganda to be taught in schools to children as young as four.

Putin’s puritanism has developed under the influence of two of the most prominent conservative ideologues in Russia: his personal confessor Bishop Tikhon Shevkunov and the geopolitical thinker Alexander Dugin. Bishop Tikhon has long been a critic of the decadence of the modern western world — and his Every-day Saints and the Other Stories was the best–selling Russian book of 2012, rivalled for sales only by Fifty Shades of Grey. Dugin is the architect of Eurasianism, an ideology which holds that Russia has a special historical destiny to save the world from the corrupt moral values of western capitalism.

The influence of the Russian Orthodox church on public life is growing fast, thanks to Kremlin patronage. The church’s preferred instrument of control is a draconian law criminalising ‘offending the feeling of religious believers’ that was passed in the wake of a protest by the feminist punk group Pussy Riot in Moscow’s Christ the Saviour Cathedral in 2012. This may seem obnoxious to western liberals but should be seen as a parallel to European and American acts outlawing ‘hate speech’ which are just as oppressive and illiberal.
 
In March in Stavropol, south Russia, criminal charges were brought against Viktor Krasnov after he wrote ‘God does not exist’ on the VKontakte social network, Russia’s version of Facebook. Krasnov was ordered to spend over a month undergoing examinations in a psychiatric ward before he was finally deemed sane enough to stand trial, and the case continues. Now that is out of order, free speech must always be defended, but let’s not forget that Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, former British Prime Ministers David Cameron, Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel have all spoken of criminalising the criticism of climate change alarmism or government policy on globalisation and immigration.

Polls show that most ordinary Russians hold deeply illiberal views on social issues (for example, 21 per cent want to see homosexuals ‘liquidated’, and another 37 per cent advocate ‘separating them from society’ — while only 11 per cent believe homosexuality to be a ‘sexual orientation from birth, which merits the same rights as heterosexual orientation’). And historical polling data from the recently shuttered Levada research centre shows that Russian attitudes on gays, blacks, Jews, foreigners, capital punishment and the like have remained pretty unenlightened since the fall of the Soviet Union.

This echoes the disconnect in European Union members and other liberal democracies including the USA, between the estblishment (politicans and civil servants, academics, media luvvies and public sector professionals) and the masses. In Russia however they liberal fuckwittery is confined to intellectuals.

‘In this epoch of cyborgs, hybrids, mutants, chimeras and virtual reality, mankind will be saved only by tradition,’ Alexander Dugin said in his latest lecture on the Tsargrad TV station. According to him ‘all modernism — the idea of progress, development, the so-called scientific view of the world, democracy and liberalism [is] a Satanic idea that spells a death sentence for humanity… the only defence is asserting God, the church, the empire, the congregation of the faithful, the state, and the people’s traditions.’
Dugin, once a marginal figure, has come closer to the political mainstream as Russia has veered deeper into isolation and nationalism in the wake of the annexation of Crimea in March 2014. 

‘This is a state that cynically uses Orthodox Christianity as a surrogate ideology to prop up its authority,’ argues Brian Whitmore, author of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty’s influential blog The Power Vertical. ‘It’s a state where fealty to the Orthodox church, or at least publicly proclaiming fealty, becomes a surrogate for patriotism… and it’s a state where challenging the authority of the church is akin to an act of treason.’

Whitmore is correct but fails to compare Russian religious authoritarianism with western ideological authoritarianism. Consider the vile attacks made by those in western societies who try to disguise their authoritarianism by claiming to be ‘left wing’ and progressive. British motormouth Katie Hopkins, UKIP leader Nigel Farage, TV presenter Piers Morgan, journalist and climate change sceptic James Delingpole, gay conservative writer Milo Yiannopolous, and glamour model Katie Price have all been subjected to hate attacks for expressing opinions that do not conform to the politically correct orthodoxy, in the USA anybody who supports Christian values or questions politically correct thinking is going to be crucified. So we are really looking at civilisations that are heading in opposite directions. And that does not bode well for future prospects of peaceful cooperation.

It is no longer illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to engage in prostitution or to solicit money for sex. Like I said, kids in California are now able to legally work as prostitutes.

CBS Sacramento reports that space cadet Governor Jerry Brown signed SB1322 into law on Tuesday. Among other things, this bill exempts minors from the current California prostitution laws. In other words, a person under the age of 18 can no longer be arrested for violating prostitution laws that apply to adults.
I was thinking that maybe the news was reporting this wrong or perhaps they were leaving some stuff out that makes this sound less terrible than it is, but I read the actual wording of the bill and this is what is says:
Existing law makes it a crime to solicit or engage in any act of prostitution. Existing law makes it a crime to loiter in any public place with the intent to commit prostitution. This bill would make the above provisions inapplicable to a child under 18 years of age who is alleged to have engaged in conduct that would, if committed by an adult, violate the above provisions.

German Judges Rule: EU-U.S. ‘Trade’ Deal (TTIP) Would Undermine National Courts.

There’s no doubt the so called Free Trade deal between the European Union and the United States (now the only hope Obama has left for preventing his political legacy being one of failure and disaster) will be one of the big news stories that will run and run througout the remainder of 2016.

The treaty which is formally titled Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) , has been the subject on ongoing secret negotiations between the European Union (EU) and American Department of Trade, the details of which (i.e. draft documents indicating what measure the final document will contain, not even members of elected governments have been allowed to scrutinise.

This is very much in line with Obama’s dictatorial style of governing, who can forget his response to the US congress when they demanded a debate on his healtcare reforms so they might know what they  were voting into law. The President told the peoples’ representatives; You will have to vote for it if you want to know what is in it.

The European Union’s ruling bureaucracy working in much the same way; EU commission chief Jean Claude Juncker and President of the European Parliament have both publicly expressed contempt for democracy while other senior officials have admitted the European Parliament and elected governments of member states are irrelevant, the bureaucrats will do as they please if member states elected bodies disagree.

The bureaucrats and corporate lawyers promoting TTIP are not having things all their own way however, in what amounts to a major blow for the deal the German Magistrates Association (DRB) has judged that special courts allowing firms to sue countries “had no legal basis”.

A key clause in the deal, proposed by the Obama Administration and supported by the EU’s negotiators, is the creation of an Investment Protection Court System (ICS) designed to protect businesses. In the court, corporate investors and businesses will be able to challenge new laws and policies implemented by member states which the investors believe will negatively affect their investments, Deutsche Welle has reported.

Judges from the DRB were scathing in their criticism of the proposal, saying: “The DRB sees neither a legal basis nor a need for such a court.” In a statement issued last week it added the assumption that investors don’t have “effective judicial protection” has no “factual basis.”

The judges also envisage problems with the trade model, warning that the definition of an investor’s assets is so broad, it will effectively hand the court jurisdiction to rule on almost any policy matter on a government’s agenda.

Furthermore, they say the Investment Court System represents a threat to the sovereignty of Europe’s current legal systems, adding that they have little faith in the EU’s ability to manage it.

The statement is being lauded as a major setback in the TTIP negotiations by the deal’s opponents, among which are numbered trade unions, human rights and equalities groups, nationalist organisations, business associations and political groups on both the right and left of the political spectrum. Without the support of Germany, Europe’s most populous nation, the deal stands little chance of being accepted The judge’s statement effectively turns the compromise into a deal that no-one wants.

“The EU offices must be in turmoil now,” said Nick Dearden of UK-based campaign group Global Justice Now. “They were really nervous about ever getting through an agreement that had [Investment Protection clauses] in it, because every time they’ve done consultations on it people have overwhelmingly said they don’t like it. So they put this on the table.”

“[The judges’ statement] is obviously more interesting than when some campaigner says something, because they’re actually going to have to administer this thing,” he added. “For us it’s probably the most significant statement that any group has made so far on that part of the agreement.

Candidate Hillary: Another billionaire socialist is what the world doesn’t need

Hillary Clinton is expected to announce her anointment as US President Select candidacy for the US Presidency at noon today, which although as I write, the clock shows 3:15 pm, as I am in England the harpy’ Clinton’s announcement at noon US East Coast time means the news is still a couple of hours away.

Will Hilly be a good president. Well the current US President was chosen on the basis of his skin colour rather that his track record and a lot of Americans seem to be convinced that now they’ve had a black president, the next one must possess or have possessed at some time, tits.

I wonder how many American voters think it would be a good idea to have a president who has more functioning braincells than they have tits or testicles as the case may be. Not that I’m enitely convince Obama or his predecessor ever had a full set of testicles.
