Anti UKIP media gives Kippers another boost

Anyone see the abysmal Channel 4 mockumentary, UKIP – The First Hundred Days?

As far as UKIP is concerned, the metrosexual media luvvies seem to be following the old Joseph Goebells mantra of ” If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.”

The problem for the luvvies, them not being very bright and all, is that they have forgotten there is a second part of the mantra which is “The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie.

It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”

Apologists for the programme tried to defend it against charge of being a political hatchet job tried to defend it by recalling that the producer of Gogglebox gave Nigel Farage a showcase spot when he had dinner with Dom and Steph, the shows posh couple. Erm …… not quite the same thing actually. Nige getting drunk with the two upper crust boozers was nothing like a fiction depicting a UKIP governed Bitain descending into dystopian chaos.

The programme could have got away with being blatantly biased had it been funny. Unfotunately it gave the impression of having been written by a couple of arrested adolescent science nerds.

The trouble for the media and the establishment they are paid to prop up – the truth is out !
