Democracy Hating Leftie Judges Choose Self Interest Over Justice

Yesterday judges in the UK High Court joined the band of traitors in Parliament, the Civil Service, the Bank of England and the media who are trying to overturn the democratic vote to take Britain out of the European Union. The judges ruled in favour of a challenge to the vote, even though it has no basis in law and is really just a political manoeuvre by the terminally stupid, university brainwashed idiots who see Britain as only having a future if We The People are prepared to see our wonderful nation turned into a powerless province of a neo fascist, pan European bureaucratic dictatorship. The high Court ruled that government must consult parliament before invoking Article 50, the High Court has ruled that Prime Minister Theresa May does not have the authority to use the Royal Prerogative to invoke the EU divorce process.

The Lord Chief Justice has ruled that the government’s arguments are “contrary to fundamental constitutional principles of the sovereignty of parliament”.

He added: “The court does not accept the argument put forward by the government. There is nothing in the text of the 1972 Act to support it.”

Lord Chief Justice, Lord Thomas, sitting with the Master of the Rolls, Sir Terence Etherton, and Lord Justice Sales, delivered the verdict Thursday morning after a three-day hearing in October.

The Attorney General Jeremy Wright QC had argued the move could be a “backdoor” to overruled the Brexit vote, but did not turn up to court today.

Now the judges, self serving, elitist troughers of taxpayers money that they are, may be a bunch of demented old fools who can’t remember what they had for breakfast, or they may have ulterior motives (one certainly has) for overlooking the matter, but they ought to be aware that parliament has already been consulted, and have agreed that the referendum result must stand.

We know that the self serving, self important, expense fiddling troughers in Westminster, lying, cheating, out – of – touch snobs that they are, were very confident that the referendum vote would be won by the REMAIN campaign and their ride in the first cass carriages of the gravy train would carry on, but thoat only proved how far out of touch with their consituents they are.

So what is the legal case for dismissing attempts to overturn the democratic decision and move Britain another step towards fascism?

My friend, former army office Graham Lear puts it like this:

Regarding yesterday’s verdict by those judges on Brexit I belive they have seriously blundered twice in their verdict.

Firstly at least one top Judge had a vested interest on the UK staying in the EU.

The judgment by Lord Thomas a founding member of the European Law Institute, a club of lawyers and academics aiming to ‘improve’ EU law.

It is now obvious that Thomas had a vested interest in the UK remaining in the EU and was not impartial as a judge in his position should be. I now belive that Thomas will have no alternative now this has come out but to resign his position as a judge and I also belive that the Government will win the forthcoming appeal on this fact alone.

Secondly none of the Judges read the contract put before the British people from the Government which was sent out to every household in the UK which stated in a £9 million letter before the referendum that it was the people’s verdict that would be upheld

The pamphlet stated clearly: ‘This is your decision (meaning us the people) . The Government will implement what you decide.

If they had read that contract sent out to every household they could not have come to the same judgment as they did.
